The Government of the Federated States of Gapla is seeking a remote-working assistant to the Minister of Technology, who works with the Minister of Technology to produce official state materials, including websites, apps, and other digital interfaces. Work and possible compensation is given on a per-assignment basis, and assignments must be completed by the requested due date, although this is negotiable and flexible.

This is an assistant position to a Minister, it is not a top-level cabinet position. Once again, this position is for an assistant position to the Minister, and not the position of “Minister of Technology” itself. As a result, it does not automatically entail a position in the Provisional Government.

The requirements for this job are:

• Experience with a self-hosted WordPress content management system.  (required)
• Experience working with MySQL databases and server management through DirectAdmin. (required)
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. (required)
• Experience with Python and Java. (preferred but not required)
• Experience with the Discord.py or Discord.js libraries. (preferred but not required)
• A portfolio of past works, such as websites or other projects. (preferred but not required)
