• Members of the Provisional Government who were not qualified for an active ministry or office (see Method #2) were removed.

How can you earn an invitation to apply for the Provisional Government?

• Method #1: Civil Service
  Complete 10 hours of civil service after becoming a Gaplan citizen OR complete 20 hours of civil service after becoming a Gaplan e-Resident.

• Method #2: Propose a New Ministry or Office
  Rarely, the Provisional Government will accept proposals for a new ministry or office in the Federated States of Gapla. Any new ministries or offices proposed must be significantly useful, must have the capacity to operate at the level of a full cabinet ministry, and must have specific, short-term goals that the applicant is qualified for.
