Form GP-100: Application for Citizenship

As of February 2026, we have increased the application requirements for Gaplan citizenship. All applicants must be e-Residents of Gapla.

This page contains the only official forms to apply for Gaplan citizenship. Read all parts of the form carefully and put your best effort into your responses. Clearly incorrect information or applications completed with minimal effort will be promptly denied. Report any fraudulent representations of Gapla to internalaffairs@gaplagov.org.

All information submitted on this form must be truthful and accurate. The Ministry of Internal Affairs will revoke your citizenship without warning if this has been found to be violated.

Step 1: Choose a Pathway

In order to apply for Gaplan citizenship, you must be an e-Resident of Gapla, contribute to Gapla using one of the three pathways below, and complete the application (except for Pathway #3: Citizenship by Special Program, which does not require an application).

Pathway #1: Citizenship by Monetary Contribution

Using the link in the application, contribute a minimum of 200 USD (or equivalent) to the Government of Gapla.

Pathway #2: Citizenship by Civil Service

Contribute a minimum of ten (10) hours of approved civil service for Gapla.

Civil service projects must be approved by the Provisional Government AND COMPLETE before you complete the application.

Email civilservice@gaplagov.org to propose a civil service project.

Examples of civil service projects include helping Gapla receive press coverage, working in the Foreign Affairs Committee, or translating documents into Serbian. If you have any special skills (graphic design, architecture, etc.), we strongly encourage you to propose a civil service project.

Pathway #3: Citizenship by Special Program

If you are admitted to the Provisional Government or to the Ambassador Program, you automatically become a Gaplan citizen.

If you choose this pathway, you do NOT need to complete the application below.

Step 2: Complete the Application

If you chose Pathway #1 or Pathway #2, you must complete the application below.

In order to apply, you will need the documents below.

  • A recognized, valid government-issued identificiation document.
  • A criminal background check, or character references from at least two Gaplan citizens.
