Please read the following before you begin your application. This page is unrestricted due to the direct link from the citizenship acceptance letter, but note that you must be a Gaplan citizen to apply for the Provisional Government. Apply for citizenship here.

• Applying for the Provisional Government is a commitment to weekly virtual meetings, lasting for about one hour. In addition, it represents a dedication to Gapla and only those who are genuinely interested in building a new country should apply for the Provisional Government. For now, do not worry about scheduling, as that will be covered if you are accepted into the Provisional Government.

• The Provisional Government is selective, acceptance is not guaranteed. While we are not hyperexclusive, we aim to admit only the highest quality applicants who we know will be dedicated, active supporters in building a new country. The acceptance rate is around ~40%, but can hover lower than 15% during competitive seasons. Finalists will be offered an interview with the President of Gapla and Speaker of the Provisional Government.
