The fee for the identification card is 400 GPD / 20 USD for those in the United States and Gapla, and 600 GPD / 30 USD for those elsewhere. Identity verification is required to receive a Gaplan identification card.

All information submitted on this form must be truthful and accurate. The Ministry of Internal Affairs will revoke your identification card without warning if this has been found to be violated.
